Project Manager

What you'll do

As a Project Manager at Polonio, you will be responsible for:

• Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with Sales to develop detailed project plans, set project goals, and lead the team to execute projects within scope and time constraints.
• Team Leadership: Provide clear guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with partners to outline project needs, anticipated outcomes, and deliverables. Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and project success.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions, meeting industry standards and best practices.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, document project progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Keep records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
